Die digitale Gesellschaft wird Realität

Die Digitalisierung aller Lebensbereiche wird weiter voranschreiten. Social Media, Mobilität, Location Based Services, Ambient IT und Cloud Computing werden in Verbindung mit Social Analytics in den nächsten zwei Jahren die Digitale Gesellschaft zur Realität. Insbesondere die im Boom von Social Media begründete explosionsartige Zunahme an Digital Touch Points von Unternehmen, staatlichen Einrichtungen, NGOs, aber auch Privatpersonen wird unser Leben und unsere Gesellschaft in allen Bereichen nachhaltig verändern.

Zu Enterprise 2.0, Government 2.0, Medien 2.0 ist nun auch der Bürger 2.0 hinzugekommen – in den Rollen Privatperson, Mitarbeiter, Konsument, politischer Aktivist, Ideengeber, Kritiker oder Anhänger. Diese dynamische, ergebnisoffene Entwicklung abschließend beurteilen zu wollen, wäre vermessen.

Eine Entwicklung möchte ich jedoch mit einem Zitat von Dr. Thomas Endres, CIO der Lufthansa, unterstreichen "IT wandelt sich zu etwas lustvoll Bedienbarem!". Es wird auch langsam Zeit.
